## How the tool actually works

1. Upload an image (PNG / JPEG / WebP, up to 10 MB).
2. Type the on-image text exactly as it appears (or box-select a region).
3. Type the replacement text.
4. The AI segments the targeted glyphs, samples the surrounding font / color / shadow / perspective from neighboring pixels, removes the original text via generative inpainting, and re-renders the new text in the sampled typography.
5. Download a 2K result. The rest of the image is bit-identical.

No font installation is required. No Photoshop / Illustrator round-trip. No design skills assumed. Free first edit per Google account; paid packs after that.
